Tuition and Fees
Annual Re-Enrollment Fee
There is an annual registration (re-enrollment) fee of $100 per child, payable in the month of September of each year. This fee is pro-rated for a family entering after the school year has begun. The registration fees are non-refundable. Should your child drop out of care, or be dismissed for any reason, the registration fee must be paid again upon re-entry to our program.

FLICC reviews tuition rates yearly to determine if any rate adjustments are necessary. The above tuition rates reflect the 2023/2024 school year. Generally, tuition increases will be made once a year, on September 1st. Parents will be notified at least 30 days in advance if there are to be any changes to tuition rates.

Generally, tuition increases will be made once a year, on September 1st. Parents will be notified at least 30 days in advance if there are to be any changes to tuition rates.
Tuition payments are due on the 1st of each month. Tuition may be paid in full on the first of the month or may be divided into two equal payments, payable on the 1st and on the 15th of the month. If the 1st or 15th falls on a weekend, payment is due on Friday prior to the due date.
Families with two or more children enrolled at the same time will receive a 10% discount on the oldest child’s tuition. Sibling discounts are not applied to registration fees or other incidental expenses.
Please note that there is a $35 fee for checks returned for any reason. After two returned checks, payment in cash may be required.
Because our program and licensing require us to employ staff based on the number of children enrolled, we cannot give tuition refunds for days your child is absent for any reason, including but not limited to illness, holidays, and vacations.
Tax Credit
Most families should qualify for a tax credit under provisions of the Federal Tax Reform Bill of 1976 for childcare expenses. You will receive a year-end statement in January to use for tax filing purposes.
If you participate in a pre-tax plan or flex-spending account through your employer, we will be happy to provide you with tuition statements as needed and upon request. Please allow at least 24 hours for your request to be processed.
